015 - At least I've got these photos...
(... So, the memories we gained on Valentine's were bogus, huh? Of course, I mean... Me and Sasaki? She was a good friend and quite cute and all, but her general assertion that love was a form of illness. Of course it wasn't real. Despite any interest I may or may not have in her, there's no way she'd ever reciprocate such things. And of course, while we were in the middle of a date of all things, Haruhi just had to turn up and send things to hell. ... I'm sure that gave her a great first impression of Sasaki, huh?
I have to wonder, would it have been worth keeping those memories? All the wonderful time Sasaki and I never had as a real couple... Then again, reality is reality, better to live in real life than live in a fantasy. Regardless of how unrealistic reality may be, it's my life and I'll live it the way I want. That's why I turned down Nagato's fantasy after all, isn't it? The reason I put my life on the line to bring back the Brigade... Oh well, at least I've managed to get one of those laptops Haruhi extorted from the Computer Research Society in exchange for this nonsense. And all those photos of Miss Asahina are still there too...)
[Today, you may find Kyon sitting in the park with a laptop...]
Hmm... No internet access. Figured as much. At least all my files are still here. Not that there's a whole lot of worth considering it's almost all stuff Haruhi had me working on.

(... I never really thought about it too much, but 50 years in the future is a long time. I wonder exactly how far in the future Miss Asahina came from before I met her?)

Yoroshiku, Kyon-san. It is amazing to think whole kilo-bytse of computing power are stored in there...

Right, the advancement of technology is a curious thing, who knows what they might have in another 50 or 100 years?
(There's a bit more than a few kilobytes, but it's easier to not get into explanations anyway. I'm no real computer whiz, the Computer Club, or even better Nagato, would be much more well versed in explaining that I would.)
