(After the past few days, it's a relief to finally have things back to normal... As much trouble as Haruhi can bring at times, I really do enjoy my life in the SOS Brigade. I really don't want to end up somewhere without Haruhi again... And I can rest easy now that Asakura is gone again too. Being stabbed in the middle of the street isn't something I plan to try again any time soon.

I wonder how Nagato is doing after that incident? I'm not sure she fully understands the full implications of having real emotions yet... I mean, it was a bit of an over the top action, but when you bottle yourself like that without knowing how to express yourself, something has to give eventually.

... Hold it, shouldn't my little sister be dragging me out of my bed by now? ... Wait, is this even my bed? ... Oh god, don't tell me. This isn't my room, it's that place again. Mayfield. It's been four months, but... Why? And why just before Christmas? Why just after I finished fixing what Nagato messed up? I'd gone back home, Koizumi, Haruhi, Miss Asahina, they were all there... Actually, come to think of it, I hadn't quite fixed things yet, had I? I was dying in the middle on the street. A future version of myself with Miss Asahina sorted it out. I was planning to take care of that a bit after Christmas probably. I suppose it's a bit late for that now...)

... Okay, I just spent the last four months at home. I'm back here for some reason. Could someone explain what's going on?

It's kind of tough to believe in anything when even the most powerful of beings can't do a thing about this place? I mean, you can't solve this place with something as simple as time travel or nanobots or whatever.

There's a lot of things I started to believe in over the past year, mostly due to the fact that I had no real option but to believe... But when it gets to the point where the things that you believe in, the things that you've come to rely on, become useless... I guess it's just tough to find any extra faith?
