36th "Oh shit..."

[Today, Kyon has encountered Yuki Nagato who is a lot more lively than usual. ... However, her eyes are dead. The bright spark behind that unreadable mask was gone, leaving nothing but an empty shell behind.]

No... Nagato... It can't be...

Uh... It's Kokutou. Yuki Kokutou, remember? Are you feeling okay?

Just go away!

[A: And Kyon'll leave school, running through the halls. He's not really looking where he's going so he might run into you.]

[B: Upon reaching home at 915 Bilko Boulevard, he'll boot up both his desktop computer and laptop simultaneously and attempt to open a certain program...]

No, no, no, no... Respond dammit!! Ugh...

[And he'll slam his head into the desk.]

[Later, outside the library he may be found...

C: Shouting and beating his fists on the wall.

D: Sitting slumped against the wall, completely despondent, his hands scraped and bleeding...]

... Why her? Why!? Nagato...

OK...then what is it that she does that's crazy? I mean, it can't be THAT bad, right?

(Ah ha ha, Tara you have no idea.)

Well, I think the baseball, swimming and everything sounds pretty neat. But...alien hunting? I thought aliens didn't like Earth. The only ones we have at home are the super heroes, like Superman. But there might be aliens in Mayfield though. Actually, I met a space pirate hunter at school, her name's Ruri and she's a really nice person as well.

What!? How did you manage to get away then!?

[identity profile] forgotten-titan.livejournal.com 2011-11-13 04:13 am (UTC)(link)
...sorry. I didn't mean to bring her up again. But...she must've been a good friend, if she went to rescue you.

She sounds like a great person.

I'm sure we'll get out of Mayfield some day. And when we do, you can rescue her instead. My dad always tells me that half the challenge is to do with your mind and spirit. If you never give up, then I'm sure there'll be a way.

Exactly. We just gotta stick together until then and keep hoping for the best.

Well, I got this letter (http://flowers-suck.livejournal.com/1397.html#cutid2) from a neighbor. Does it cover everything I need to know?

[identity profile] forgotten-titan.livejournal.com 2011-11-13 04:42 am (UTC)(link)
Huh? Really? Did...did one of the town residents kill him?

[identity profile] forgotten-titan.livejournal.com 2011-11-13 11:51 am (UTC)(link)
I wonder what he did to deserve that then...that means that the town killed him, right?

[identity profile] forgotten-titan.livejournal.com 2011-11-13 09:49 pm (UTC)(link)
...he must've really cared for her then if he was willing to die for her. I guess even villains have someone that's close to their hearts. Did he say anything before he died?

[identity profile] forgotten-titan.livejournal.com 2011-11-13 10:55 pm (UTC)(link)
Well...I guess, at least he's free from this place. In a way.

(Doesn't take away the fact that Tara considers it the saddest way to go.)

Did anything else happen other than his death?
