Well, I think the baseball, swimming and everything sounds pretty neat. But...alien hunting? I thought aliens didn't like Earth. The only ones we have at home are the super heroes, like Superman. But there might be aliens in Mayfield though. Actually, I met a space pirate hunter at school, her name's Ruri and she's a really nice person as well.

The only aliens that seem to be anywhere back home are the ones under deep cover, silently gathering data on the human race without making themselves known. Needless to say, she hasn't found any yet.

I'm sure we'll get out of Mayfield some day. And when we do, you can rescue her instead. My dad always tells me that half the challenge is to do with your mind and spirit. If you never give up, then I'm sure there'll be a way.

Ah, no actually. Even if they did, he'd only be back the next day. Most deaths in this place are no more permanent than they are when you play a video game. You wake up in bed the next day like nothing happened. It's a rare occasion for someone to die and have it actually stick here.

... Jane Smith. The only one of the Smiths who wasn't a bloody psychopath. Or should I say, Samantha Achewood. While most of the time, she was the drone mother of Lucy, she would have occasional moments of clarity where she identified as a Samantha Achewood, apparently one of the original settlers or something.

During her final bout of clarity, she supposedly begged Grady to kill her. He obliged her and the bosses weren't happy.
